      I selected Lisa's Paint & Body Shop based on previous recommendations and wanting to support a woman-owned business. My **** sports car was hit in a parking lot, taking out the signal light and scratching the bumper. I have a certified source for parts, so I acquired two signal lights. **** accepted the parts, not stating any concern about them, as they were brand new. On the scheduled date of repair I was told it would be 2 days. That turned into 5. I picked the car up, but was a bit concerned when I received no paper work to warrantee the work. When I asked about that I was told "don't worry about that, if something is wrong, just bring it back." I drove the car home and it stalled out when I came to a turn or light and the next thing I know all the gages go to 0!!!! I called **** when I got home telling them of the issues. **** was immediately defensive and raised her voice, stating "that could not have been caused by the bumper and light installation. You have an old car and things go wrong. Plus the lights were bought online so they could be bad." I asked what they would do to be sure it wasn't their error and that they said they had checked the lights before I picked the car up and everything worked fine. She said "take it to a mechanic, as it was nothing we did." It took our mechanic 3 hours to **** down the problem, that the pins on the left light were bent, causing an electrical short. The repair was $330. I took the bill to ****, stating that either they bent the pins or didn't check for a bent pin before the installation, but that the mechanic invoice CLEARLY stated it was due to the body shop repair. She immediately denied this could have happen. We left the invoice, frustrated with how rude and hostile she was towards us. Later that day she called stating she would paid for the mechanic bill, after speaking with them. This has been one of the WORST experiences I have ever had with a *********** business. STEER CLEAR!!!!
