****** was very knowledgeable and explained the problem with our heat pumps, the drainage. We replaced four (!) heat pumps within 3 or 4 years and did not know we had this problem. Thank you, ****** for your quick help.Dyess Heating & Air Response

David was very professional and caught a small problem before it snowballed into a bigger problem. I didn't have a problem with Dave at all I did have a problem Dyess Heating & Air with scheduling. I thought I was scheduled with a morning appointment. When the end time of the appointment came around and the technician that was assigned to complete the service call had not showed up, I called Dyess Heating & Air and was told my appointment was an afternoon appointment. I guess I must have written it down incorrectly. When the afternoon appointment came to the end of the scheduled time and I still had not heard from Dyess Heating & Air I called again and was told that the technician (David) was running late. I wish that a phone call had been made by your scheduler to let me know that the technician would be late. Their are so many things that I could have accomplished had I known this.Dyess Heating & Air Response
