    In short, ABSOLUTELY USE O'BRIEN. Details are O'Brien built my new house. 4th house he has done in this neighborhood. ALL of them came in under budget. I designed the house myself and ******* helped cover all the tech details. I was onsite every day during construction. ******* met with me frequently, addressed every issue, answered every question, and returned every message/call. O'Brien brought in the best local sub-contractors. I over-engineered the house to be very energy efficient (very hot summer 23' - biggest elec bill $155). ******* actively worked with me to keep budget in line and reign me in when needed. This is the guy you want on your side. He did not fail to keep his word verbally or contractually. I learned my ******* Do NOT BUY a tract home from some big company who follow minimum construction standards to max out profits for their shareholders. Get this guy whose name is on the door who knows his business can only succeed by giving quality service. I highly recommend ******* at every opportunity.
