Hired Phil **** to completely remodel both our bathrooms. Never having done this before wasn't sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised.
Found Phil and his workers to be very professional and attentive. Anytime we had a question or concern, the phone was answered and the issue or concern was addressed.
Both bathrooms came out beautifully, exactly what we wanted. Makes our 40 year old home seem like new.
I would highly recommend them. We are eventually going to do the same with our kitchen and YES will call Phil again.

**** Contracting, LLC is so sorry that such negative comment has been made. On 07/06/2022, the Customer entered into a written contract with Ward Contracting, LLC to remodel the kitchen. removed a petition wall to enlarge the kitchen. installed a 23ft beam and removed the base cabinets, sink and electrical outlets for kitchen the expansion. installed a 23ft steel beam per the structure engineer design and plans. framed up two temporary walls to support the ceiling for the removal of the petition wall for the 23ft steel beam installation. made all drywall repairs from the removal of the petition wall and painted where it was necessary, matching the existing paint as close as possible to the existing paint. removed all shoe molding and laminate vinyl from kitchen floor. installed Perma base on kitchen floor and dining room floor. installed thin set and tiled the entire kitchen floor. extended the existing gas line for the new stove placement. installed approximately 500sq ft of tile flooring on kitchen floor, framed an additional wall for the cabinet installation in front of the existing chimney. on said Property (the "Contract") for the original total sum of *********** Customer paid ********* before the job began and a balance of ********* became due and payable on 08/12/2022, the date of completion. Upon request, **** Contracting, LLC purchased and provided additional materials and labor for requested changes and/or upgrades at the total cost of ******** which became due and is included in the outstanding balance. Customer sort to hire other workers to do cabinet installation, electrical work and other work not related to my contract. Customer wanted Ward Contracting, LLC to assist a non-licensed electrician and I advised the customer that he could not because of the electrician being unlicensed and not qualified to do the work under the requirements of **** Contracting, LLC rules and regulations. At this point the customer got very upset with **** Contracting, LLC and refused to satisfy outstanding invoices that was due. Doing our work installation, the customer never complains about any of our work ethics and told us that everything looked great, and they were pleased with all of the work. All work has been completed except shoe molding installation after the completion of her cabinets. We requested the balance due of ********* and we stated that they could hold back ******* and pay when we could return to install the shoe molding after the completion of her cabinet installation.

At this point the customer and her husband started complaining about the workmanship of Ward Contracting, LLC to delay satisfying the obligation. We ask them to submit pictures with a list of their concerns and we never received, but yet the customer began to communicate in a un business like matter by reporting false information to the public media and family. Fallon Smith refused to cooperate with the requests of Ward Contracting, LLC, and we had no other choice but to take legal actions for the balance of the money that is due to us. A Mechanic's lien was filed on her home on 9/22/22. When the Mechanic's lien was received by them, they choose to file this unethical statement with BBB.

Ward Contracting, LLC has a good reputation of going beyond to satisfy all of our customer. We give all of our clients a one-year warranty on our workmanship. We have hundreds of customers who is ready to speak of the quality and professional work, we have performed over the years we have been in business since 2016.
We realized the customer does not have the money to pay us and taking steps to try and damage the integrity of Ward Contracting, LLC for egocentric and egotistical reasoning.
