Truly a two star vendor contractor... we spent *****$ on four doors 3 steel exterior entry and one slider. From the day after install until last month that's how long it took to have issues addressed "not fixed". My three entry doors which were " custom measured and built to fit" all were crooked with gaps at the hinges and difficulty opening/ closing. Two of the three had door knobs and locks installed missing parts; Handles would back out and become loose, the lock sets were difficult to use misaligned. Actually ended up trading my high end handles/ locks hundreds of dollars for three from Home Depot which have worked amazing since day one. Provia, Mr. rogers windows and renewal by ******** all came back with terms like "allowable deviations and tolerable fit". When I attempted to have my issues fixed at the cause. My doors were supposed to be framed from the studs out to avoid this very issue and they were but because one man out of four actually new what he was doing and did most of the work it was sloppy... when the molding was removed the new framing was not square and had foam all around it making it impossible to correct properly without cutting it all out and completely reinstalling it....instead they "snugged it up" and ended up bending the hinges as an "industry standard allowable fix". At the end of the day I could have saved myself ***** and just gone to **** ***** for it all. The warranties are only as good as those people/ companies that stand behind them and Mr. rogers, ****** and renewal by ******** all talk a big game but cut corners based on convenience rather than customer satisfaction and outcomes. Steer clear and go somewhere else! The doors are well constructed but if they aren't installed correctly then there is a complete lack of accountability . Absolutely never felt like anyone had my back after they received final payment.

Mr. Roger's windows salesperson Andrew ****** who is the son of Mr. Roger's windows deceived us as customers. We were told to get approved first for financing by ******** if we didn't have the funds upfront to purchase the door we wanted. We asked him if we produce the funds to pay outright without needing the financing, will we be charged. He said keep the account open, you will not be charged, when the door project is completed, we could pay the total balance. This was sent to us by Mr. Rodgers in an email, plus we called the ******** customer service number to tell them the same. He asked for us to email him the ******** pass number, I asked in an email why would he need the ******** pass number when we said that we were not going to use the financing by ********. He said that he needed it for his office so that they could see that there are funds there and proof that the account was approved. We believed him and sent the ******** pass number. In April/23 we get an email from ******** stating that we authorized a payment for over $***** dollars, when we reached out to Mr. ******* he did not return our call nor our emails to find out why we were charged when he told us we would not be charged in an email. I have the email as proof. We were decieved, the salesmen Mr rogers did not return our calls or emails. We spoke to sales manager MS Sheila with our concerns, we were charged anyway. The resolution is that all accounts should be dissolved because we did not authorize payment, nor did we have the door project installed. We do not want to do business with Mr. ****** windows and ******** financing because we were decieved, we were told one thing by mr. rogers, and another thing by ********. We will not pay for a door we don't want nor are satisfied with how we were treated. The resolution is to dissolve all accounts. We rejected it, and we don't want to business with companies that are dishonest and try to make you pay for something that is not installed.

I had both my Front Door and Back Door replaced, including Storm Doors. Duane and his guy were excellent. They took their time, made sure everything was just right and when they left, you couldn't tell they had been there except I had two beautiful new doors!!
