Stay away from steel building pros they will make every promise under the sun to get you to sign on the dotted line and then get your deposit and thats as far as it will go. I set up a consultation with their "local" sales person and went over everything that was needed they went above and beyond to get me to sign the contract and get the ball rolling gave them a deposit of just shy of $**** with the stipulation that if they could not provide financing the contract would be void and I would be receiving my engineered drawings and my building would be 2 months out , long story short they could not get financing done and wanted to cancel per contract stipulation after 2 months of going back and forth and no drawings and no building and no financing, I cancelled the whole deal and got money refunded via credit card , now after another month of no contact thinking everything was good I now have the charges reversed on my credit card with the reason being stated that I defaulted on my end ..... so now with several calls to company and getting the run around once again I'm apparently out **** bucks and no building .... I'm pretty much out of luck according to my credit card company. I just don't know what to think being a small buisiness owner that financial hit is not one I will easily recover from but steel building pros is sitting good on my deposit and apparently several other customers deposits for doing absolutely 0 work to make anything right , ill chalk it up to lesson learned and I'm still pursuing other options on getting my hard earned money returned to me but its not going to be easy nor have a quick resolution im afraid ......all i have to say is do your due diligence in researching these companies before you ever sign anything and give them any money ....now im back to square one and even further behind on the progression of growing my company but I'm glad that steel building pros has the ability to live like fat cats on everyone's stolen hard earned money

First of all, thank you for allowing us the opportunity to serve you. According to our records Mr. O' Connor, you are correct. You were denied financing on December 7, 2022, however, on December 15, 2022, just one week later, with your written permission we then altered the financial agreement into something that would work for you. Steel Building Pros discounted your building additional $1****** and set up monthly payments that were comfortable for your budget, of only *******. We then provided the engineered drawings for your building. Steel Building Pros is willing to move forward maintaining the same financial agreement that did work for you on December 15, 2022 and deliver the building agreed as upon in your contract.

I met with DR at my property and explained what I was looking for in a building. He was very helpful, contacted the office and was able to provide what I wanted at the price I was willing to pay. He explained everything from ordering, shipping, delivery and what is included with the building. No surprises* ** handled the shipping details and was very responsive to emails and calls. She made certain that the documents for the building were delivered and handled the payment process. The building: while it has not been erected yet it is a very well built structure. The steel is quality material and I was surprised at how much of the materials are made in USA! I would recommend Steel Building Pros. Most of the negative reviews are from people who are not familiar with construction, do not do their research, don’t ask questions or want to keep making changes.
