I PURCHASED VOLVO JUNE 4 DROVE OFF PARKING LOT THEY ALL HEAR THE NOISE COMING FROM VOLVO AND SAY THEY WOULD FIXED BUT NEVER HAD WHEN THOUGHT IT WOULD BE A RECALL ON THE STRUTS BUT AM STILL WAITING FOR THAT TO HAPPEN .SO I CALL THEM AGAIN AND SORRY IT BEEN TO LONG BECAUSE I WANT JUST REPLACE OLD STRUTS AND PUT NEW ONES SO CAN DRVIE WITH SAFETY BUT NOONE WANT TO PAY COST AT THE VOLVO DEALER SO IM STILL WAITING FEEL LIKE I BEEN SCREW AGAINS

My mechanic suggested I take my VW to the dealer to investigate a minor oil leak. I was told to leave it for several days so it could be checked periodically to ensure the work was complete. Hours after I dropped off the car, I was told SUCCESS, your car is fixed. They supposedly cleaned off everything, drove it around and no leak. Since I was told it would be several days, I was in the rental car, 100 miles away. Had to return to pay **** for the car and get the key. Now, I have two cars so it's going to need to stay in the dealership parking lot. Finally, I get the car four days later when I'm back in town. Take it home, park it in the garage on a clean sheet of cardboard and by morning, there's more oil on the ground then BEFORE I dropped off the car. So I call the dealership. Noone to talk to, so leave a message. Next business day and no response to my message, so again call the dealership. Noone to talk to, so leave a message. Next business day and no response to my message, so again call the dealership. Noone to talk to. When I ask for the service head honcho, I'm told he's out of state, but to leave a message for ****** this time. Ok. I leave a message. Next business day and no response to my message. Do we sense a pattern here? So at the end of the day, I drove to the dealership to get some help. ****** only remembers one of my messages (Yet didn't call? Real dedicated to the job, eh?) and challenges me on whether or not my car is leaking --- maybe the spot on the ground that I'm seeing is old - from before the repair. I finally get an appointment for the next week. Now it's two weeks later and, in the meantime, my car is still leaking oil every night. Next quote is $**** for the leak that they claimed to fix last time for $***. Needless to say, my car is not being repaired by Checkered Flag. It will never again be on the property. Even after complaining to management, nothing but excuses. What a waste of money and time!

Discovered radio volume knob not working during test drive. They claimed they already knew and had a radio on order that they would replace. A few days after purchase, they installed a lesser radio that they got from ebay. Removed features from the car after I purchased it. They claimed that the price I had paid the days before was inclusive of this lesser radio, but the advertisment clearly did state the car had a navigation feature (which is missing in the lesser radio). They lied about the radio, then doubled down on their lie by claiming the sales prices was with lesser radio but offered to let me buy a new proper radio from them for $****. So for ***** they would restore the car to the as-bought condition after they changed it???? Just another crooked, shady used car dealership. I hope this review causes them to lose business for the **** they actually saved by pulling this radio stunt.

Terrible experience with management and flabbergasted with their email response. I purchased a vehicle from dealership on the Saturday for full MRSP and their website had a discounted price for the same vehicle, identical VIN number. On the Monday i called the sales consultant and informed him of the price difference and was told that they would get back to me. Waited till Thursday only to be told that if I informed them sooner then they would of refunded me the difference. As a servicemen I will not support this dealership in the future or recommend them, they have really put me of the brand.

I made an appointment a MONTH in a half in adavnce because I needed a loaner to get back and forth from work and a drop off was out of the question. My vehicle has been in and out of the shop since I brought it. The backup camera along with my radio wasn't working correctly since day one and I informed the dealership about the issues. Ive had a few appointments to " fix"the issue and nothing has been done. I was told the backup camera needed a "update" and that was the reason for the black spot on the camera . My last appointment I was told it needed a part which one new to me. I called looking for a manager no-one ever called me back. I called once again and I got CHASSIDY ***** probably one of the rudeness and most ghetto personal working at Volkswagen of Virgina Beach. SHES highly unprofessional and beyond rude and she does your company a HUGE disservice she more so a BULLY!!! That's the best way I can describe Chassidy ***** who is surprisingly a manager. With being such a prominent company I would expect Volkswagen to have a representative who represents them in the utmost professional manner, however this is not the case. On the day that I went to have my vehicle service I experienced nothing but unprofessional, rude, taunting, bullying behavior from Chassidy ****** It is very hard to believe that Volkswagen has this inept individual representing them. On this day she made it her agenda to not only bully me verbally but to also patronize me as well. I was completely uncomfortable with leaving my vehicle anywhere in her presence out of fear of her vandalizing my vehicle.I asked her not to touch or go near my vehicle, her being unprofessional went up and learned and rubbed on my car I asked her again not to touch my car and she did it again I recored her doing so. She mocked me in front of other customers as well as her coworkers. In a managerial role it is her duty to be professional and provide excellent customer service however this is far from what I got.
