I carry my 2014 *** ** for repair. I told them, I thank I have brake problem. A few days later they call me and said I need a transmission. After ******** transmission I return to the service department to informed them I have the same problem. After taking the *** back six times after the transmission was change they told me I need brakes and DSC system for the brakes @ the cost of ********** I know the Transmission was not needed. I know the transmission was not slipping and shifting correct. I ask them for a quote to trade it in I did not get a quote. their response was they forgot.. I do this type of work and I am a Field Service Manager. I believe they are changing out parts and hoping the problem is fix. My first *** and my last. I never want to deal with them again. I went to Checkered Flag ***through they know what they was doing and I been using their service for years.Review from Craig F

Dealership charged me $**** to change a **** hose. The main box and a smaller hose ($*** ******* hose), was told did not need to be changed. 238 miles, 15 days and two visits (15 miles one way to dealership) later, now told the box and smaller hose need to be changed and labor is $***. I could have had the $*** hose, $*** box and $** smaller hose all done under the $1700 labor. Now it has cost me ***** in labor to change out $*** in parts. I don't see how they are looking out for the customer. That is unethical and mean. Dealership not looking out for the customer. I kept asking on the first visit and second visit (6 days apart), "Why labor so high for a hose?" The dealership could have recommended or just brought to my attention the other two minor pieces!!Review from Carlos R

I wish I would've read the reviews before I drove 3 hours to this dealership. I submitted an inquiry on a used vehicle and they said the car was still available. When I went to the dealership, the car wasn't cleaned. You would think a "luxury" BMW dealership would've taken more pride in their cars...they knew I was coming. Besides not being ready, they said the car had to undergo maintenance and would be available in a few days. I was still interested in purchasing the car and followed up on the car, only to find out that it was sold a WEEK prior to my visit! They honestly could've saved us the trouble of traveling from out-of-town and wasting our valuable time. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this dealership and probably not to any of their other Checkered Flag locations.Review from Jeanne N

Absolutely appalling service. You might expect halfway competent service at a BMW dealership, but prepare for the worst. Poor communication, poor customer service. This company should be ashamed.Review from Brian J

I was lied to by Krystal the customer service manager that she would reimburse me for my oil change. Weeks past and she acted like she couldn't find my service order. She then lied again and said she would take care of it and email me the receipt. This never happened.Review from Sara C

RUDE.. The service department needs ***** Customer service training. People paying money for service should not be treated like a 2nd class citizen.. Horrible.. all about money nothing else.Review from Bernadette O

This company is full of condescending, rude workers..the floor manager Krystal was extremely unprofessional and ******* She was rude to us because we were ****** And the floor associate Alexis was very nice and polite in person but on the phone she was also rude and condescending! They over charged us for parts not needed and STILL were unable to repair the vehicle. We paid over **** for nothing. We ended up taking the car to a different place and they repaired the car.
