      Scheduled service between 2 and 4 pm. At 2:38 pm, the office notified me the technician would be late as he was waiting on a part and it would be a little after 4 pm. Apparently it takes two and a half hours to get a part in Williamsburg as at 5 pm, I got a call from the technician who said he would be here at 5:45 pm. I told him that was unacceptable and he said I would get a call from the office the following day. Nothing. Not a call to reschedule; apology for burning up my time; for the poor service experience; nothing. Have since done better research and found a company that is respectful of one’s time and is more cost effective. Please do your research and ask yourself would you do business with a company who treats their customers as they did me?

      We had our Heating and air conditioner units maintenance done today. Harold was the service technician. We were extremely pleased with the service and highly recommend them and will be using in the future. Harold was both extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. Lois and Dale *

      I have used Kearney and Sons for preventative maintenance because my parents had such good and timely service with them. My last appointment was on 9/7/22 and the technician, Harold, quickly took care of servicing my system, changing filters and answering my many questions about tying my present system into a possible addition to the house. I wouldn't think of hiring any other company.

      Had an appointment time from 2-4 for what I thought was to get a new A/C no one showed or called. I called the office at 530 (which says ****** says "OPEN 24hrs") got voice mail, then at 6:45 someone called said the happen to be in the office who gave excuse tech must be tied up in Williamsburg. I told her I just want a new A/C since mine is over 20 yrs old she informed me the tech can still come look at it for ****** and make sure I want to replace it ect. I said No need I just want a price for new one. She gave me a different appt for 2 days later. (mind you the daily temps are in 90's) I had another company get me a quote, They came The next morning and installed the new unit in few hrs. Now that is service. Thanks KEARNEY & SONS for pushing me away by with the poor customer service and communication.
