              Initially reached out to Hurricane in hopes of remedying and receiving a quote on some wear and tear items that resulted in their product over the years (cracked footers, gate adjustment, etc). On two attempts over the course of a year, the project was abandoned by the project manager (Anthony - Norfolk, VA Branch). On both occasions, the gentleman takes an inventory of the discrepancies; verifies your email address; guarantees a quote; shakes your hand and outright ignores any obligation to his company's reputation.
