I was looking for a tick mosquito treatment. I found them online and spoke to ***** , who seemed so pleasant over the phone and really wanted my business and kept following up with me over the following days. He promised me a good deal for six treatments in which the first treatment would be $50 initially and I would see a decline in mosquitoes and tick as a treatments went on. By the second treatment, I did not see a difference and spoke to ***** , who continued to push me to do further treatments, even though I wasnt seeing any improvement. By Fourth of July, My family and I were a bit up by so many mosquitoes that I was upset and requested a Partial refund of my money. When I spoke to ***** , he said that he would reimburse me the money of the four treatments that I have not utilized and that the money would be reimbursed immediately. Two weeks passed and nothing was done and after Continuously calling I finally got reimbursed however it was not the amount I should have been. Im very displeased with the company and his service for each of the treatments. They were here for one minute in the yard and one minute in the front which is not enough time to provide enough service. It has me moving forward with other treatments for this purpose. I highly do not recommend this business!
