      I recently ordered a Note 10+ from this company via Target +, what a mistake. The device itself was beautiful and came fast, however, it was useless. It was not unlocked, it came attached to ******** Whats worse, when I went activate it my phone company told me the ***** was apparently attached to a ******* account that was reported stolen!? Target took the phone back against their return policies and refunded me. This company has terrible reviews and ratings and truthfully I never would have even wasted my time if it wasn't for Target allowing this shady company to prey on its client base. 232 Inc should just close. Bad Business...

      I purchased an unlocked phone from 232 Technologies Inc. via Target. It arrived locked and the company did absolutely nothing to correct their mistake. I have read several reviews that say the same thing. Apparently this company is compromised of dishonest con-artists. Target should drop association with them or risk tarnishing their brand.

      Had an xbox shipped to me 11/2022. VERY slow and bad. Went through Target returns, ***** says they delivered my item which I HAVE proof. Target says they never recieved it. Been going back and forth for the past 6 months for this refund. 232 INC. doesnt do nothing for me. I have $423 because TARGET AND 232 REFUSE TK REFUND ME. GIVE ME MY ITEM BACK THAN. SCAMMED ME. NEVER AGAIN.

      Hello, We have spoken with the customer and told them that we do not have the ability to refund any order from Target.com. All payments and refunds are strictly handled by Target. If the customer shipped the item back to ** directly, we would be able to open a case with Target and request a refund to be issued, however since we do not have the item that was returned, we are not able to step in to assist the customer. In addition, this complaint is coming to us almost 7 months after the initial purchase. If we heard about this issue in a more timely fashion, we may have been able to help this customer out. We genuinely appreciate your understanding in this matter. If there's anything else we can do to assist you within our limitations, please let us know.
