They put in our pool last fall, no problems at all. Great work..pricey, but worth it. They will try and nickel and dime you though..listen to everything , wrote it down if you have to and remind them about it when you need to.They give you a **** pool cover with the pool you spend $50,000 on..so this year we want to upgrade to loop-loc. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Never did get a quote..kept promising an email and made every excuse in the book as to why we did not get it, said they "got email wrong" (they repeated it to us and used it all last year, no problem )...oh, and one guy's mother died.. which is sad if is true ,but a company like that only has 1 guy to help? Next we want a gazebo or pergola..we will NOT be using them. I recommend the pool, but after that, they could care less about what you want. No customer loyalty, no customer service..moving on for all else we want!

Hi *****,I am so sorry you had an issue with the Loop Loc quote. As I am sure you know we are, like every other company, very short staffed in the retail store. My main person is no longer with me as Covid took it's tole on her and she retired. ***** and ******* are great and we have gotten many quotes out, but yours was sent with the wrong email address...I did apologize to you and told you I would personally do today, but you told me to forget it, that you went with someone else.I can only hope that you can forgive us this one bad issue...I know your pool came out amazing.Thank you.MikeOwner

Please let it be known that the reply comment from **** about getting me the quote "today" was the 3rd time in 2 weeks was promised a quote "today".Great pool installation, no problems. To cover it was frustrating, tonsay the least.

Had an inground pool installed by long Island Pool and Patio, project starting October 2020. As with all major construction its a process. Basecamp app, after initial skepticism was a great communication tool. Ask a question or a have concern and the 12 member team on the app from the pool company will answer it on Basecamp or email in no time. As I mentioned this is major construction and it is a process but now that everything is done we couldn't be happier. We chose Long Island Pool and Patio because of their construction process and graphite wall pool and immediate guaranteed patio system. This pool was built like a bomb shelter. Rebar reinforced 4" concrete below patio areas make that guarantee happen. Pool was completed end of December 2020 and here we are in Summer 2021 enjoying our pool and patio. Should have pulled the trigger on this project a few years ago. There are so many pool companies out there and no one is perfect . I believe though that this company with their materials and construction process worked out to be the best for us. Completely happy so far.
