Marcor Construction did a great job with the vinyl siding on my house. The work was professional and detailed with white trim from the front to the back of the house. This company was the worst company I ever dealt with. They lied, never showed up when they said they would, then they never even called to let us know if they were coming or not. They were scheduled to come on a Friday and never showed or called but appeared the following week without a call. They left nails, wood and garbage all over the front lawn, driveway, walkway, backyard, etc. it was left like that for a week - we got nails in our shoes and busted numerous tires in our cars which had nails I. The tires. Then we had a flood in the basement and of course the plumber said that without question it was due to the roofers leaving wood and debris clogging the pipes. The roof isnt flush in several places and theres a gap where rain can easily enter. Then the nails are sticking out all over because it turns out they didnt use the right size nails. They never returned our calls except when they needed their payment. I dont know who wrote the other 5 star reviews because the company I dealt with doesnt deserve one star. *********************** - if you read your reviews and respect your customers and stand by your company then please fix this situation. It was a terrible experience and if I can save one person from using this roofer - then I saved you a lot of aggravation. Shame on this company!

Dear *****************, Please accept our apologies as to the chain of events that took place after we tried to go back to your mothers home as they were unpredictable. The gentleman dispatched to your mothers job was on his way back to clean up the debris left behind. He flipped his truck and ended ** in a horrific accident that ended him ** in the hospital. At that moment we had to deal with the severity of his injuries and all the police investigative paper work that followed. There is no good excuse as to why we werent able to dispatch another driver other than that we were booked. Even before reading your reviews of your disappointment, we did try to reach out to you and we understand your level of frustration though it was impossible to console you over the phone. I imagine now even more time has passed. Due to the fact that you asked us not to return to your mothers home. We still want to rectify your issues and would like the opportunity to do so. We are still waiting for you per our last communication to advise a good day and time to return.
