I had a terrible first buying experience. Almost all but three items arrived without shrink wrapping and all but one of those were clearly used or damaged. A few had visible food on them like they were obvious returns from other customers or had been used before sending it. This was unsettling and makes me not want to use anything already "opened" as I have no idea what happened to it before arriving here like that. I am in the process of trying to get a refund or get new shrink wrapped items as I find this unacceptable to send items without shrink wrapping. If they are going to send "opened" items, they should clearly state they are not new. Very disappointing as I had read such great reviews about this company and now highly doubt the authenticity of those reviews and recommendations.Review from marvin l

This website and business is the worst in customer service and relationship I have ever experienced. After paying $7.800.00 for a tempering machine and parts of it not working.They are asking for a 15% restocking feewhat??? Then after sending them unused items back they claim they cant except them back claiming I used them which I had not . Never again from this company or Chocovision products they sell .
