My rings were lost. Im a single mom of two daughters and finally broke out of an abusive relationship I thought I could sell my rings to help make ends meet. My rings were lost in transit. They were supposed to be insured I cannot get a person on the phone, the chat isnt helpful I waited the delay time told to wait and NO COMMUNICATION about any of it, despite multiple attempts. It is disgusting that Worthy is ripping people off.Worthy.com Response

They walk alongsid you almost every step of the way. I appreciated the updates. It's just that when my ring finally sold there were no more updates and I had to ask for my money when it had been more than 7 business days. All around a decent experience.Worthy.com Response

******** . they lure you with the promise of selling your ring and they try to send you to a partner that offers less so they can then sell the item at a higher price while you and I get duped!!!!!!Worthy.com Response

As part of our standard intake process, we review photos of items before requesting them to be shipped to our facility. Based on the photos provided, your ring did not meet our minimum criteria for auction.

At first, I was admittedly a bit apprehensive about selling a diamond this way. I reached out to the company and liked what the representative had to say. I did my due diligence and "shopped" the diamond around a bit. All the other potential buyers out there offered me half of what Worthy anticipated receiving from the auction process. They stayed in touch with me and I decided to give them a chance to back up their claim. The diamond was certified by *** matching the stats from the lab I had previously sent the diamond to. The recommended price was more than satisfactory to me. I was able to watch the bidding process all the way through. In the end, I received double what others were offering for what I thought was a really nice 2 plus carat stone. The payment process was quick and easy. The payment was received in less than a week following the close of the auction. This was my first time selling a diamond and it turned out to be a very pleasant experience. When any individual is in a position of needing to sell personal property, such as jewelry, we are in a position of vulnerability. For me, I needed to funds and I felt I was under paid, yet this is what it is.
