      I purchased items costing $40 from them in July. I returned it to the instructed address. I did not return it registered Air Mail because it would have equaled the amount of my purchase and more. I have lost the tracking receipt, so they will give me nothing. I gave them the date and address of the post office I shipped it from. The descriptions are not correct and the merchandise is unsatisfactory. Now I am left with $40 +$12 in the hole and the merchandise supposedly not received.

      This review is both about my last item purchased and the extremely poor customer service that is now non-existent! My last item is completely unwearable!! It is very poorly made. The front is huge when zipped up but the back from shoulder to shoulder is tight and will rip as as soon as I move my arms. The fabric is nothing but a very thin shirt with an extremely oversized hood. It is not a light jacket as I thought it would be. I have been trying to submit a RMA since I received the item in the beginning of December. I submitted an RMA on 12/14/22 and I got an email from Rosegal replying that my question had been answered but when I click to see the response the website and the app just shows as "Question not found". I can no longer reach customer service for anything. I have tried several times to submit a ticket for this item and the same message comes up...."Question not found" or "RMA already submitted". This company no longer has a way to communicate with them. I have tried ********* as well and no one will help. Presales questions only with *********. They only advised I submit a RMA which I have done and can't do again on this specific item!! Absolutely no one is willing to help with my problem from this company. I have been able to communicate with customer service in the past over items but now there is NO WAY to reach anyone! This company has lost my business!! MY ADVICE...STAY AWAY!

      **** poor attitude shipping takes more than a week when advertised states would be shipped anywhere within a week or less When asked for information about the order on their website told to wait Paitently for another several days Doesnt give a accurate order update also stated that items are manufactured in ******* was only found out that they are in ***** not happy with the lack of information and customer service

      Worst customer service in history. DO NOT do business with this company. Items were not as advertised and when I wanted to return them, I was put on hold for over an hour before being disconnected. They sent me a bogus email and never answered mine. I ended up throwing the items out and "eating" the cost. Tough ******* I repeat, "DO NOT do business with this company."

      I placed my order 4 weeks in advance to ensure time for the arrival for my event. As weeks past, I called to check on my package and was told it would be there in the next 3 days. The delivery arrived 5 days after the event. Glad I purchased a backup locally. The quality was very poor, a seam right down the top front of the dress, on a floral print,what were they thinking? I would advise others to look elsewhere for better service and quality merchandise!

      As a long time customer I am angry they lost an order and they say it is delivered. Then they say if I want it sent again I have to pay shipping again and they only offered me a partial refund when I paid in full and received nothing. It is the summer holidays my son is home full time and my other son works nights, I work days. Someone is always here. They start by telling me to check if someone else received it for me, ermmm if my boys did I would see it in my own home and not need to go back and forth for a month discussing this with them. They also told me to check with my local post office. I told them *********** is not the company you send your packages with. I no longer trust them after years of shopping with them. It was 5 items they lost and their partial refund was like thirty dollars. Their responses to the issue are just not acceptable either. I do not believe for one second they even tried to track down where my order went to. Maybe they never sent it, who knows.

      I ordered two items. I have attempted and attempted to contact regarding a return refund I can not get ahold of anyone via rosegal.com via ******** chat or by phone. There return policy link is broken and I feel very used and ripped off. I want a refund at this point an you will not be recommend to anyone.

      I ordered clothes from this company back in the middle of March, used ****** pay in 4 to split the order hoping I would receive the order before I completely paid for it. So almost 3 weeks go by and order still not received. I check their site and tracking number, it shows delivered but no package was left at my address. I reach out to their customer service department to find out what to do in this case. I also reached out to the local shipping carrier who confirmed no package was left at my address. In the mean time I get a response from Rosegal CS, telling me that they do not show it delivered that it is still in transit. So I send them a screenshot of what I was showing on my end. They told then they have to research it on their end and could take **** business. Hold up, so you expect a customer to wait while paying for items they do not have. I told this was completely unacceptable and they needed to resolve this issue sooner. They came back tonight telling me that they show it was delivered successfully to the address I supplied. Well I do not know where this package went or where it is, because I never received it. I don't want to say they are a scam, but that is how it feels to me. They take your money and you never receive your items. They tried to shove their terms and conditions at me, I could care less about them. They apparently do not care about their customers and just money is the bottom line. I will never buy or deal with this company again. They finally offered me a partial refund which I might as well take because they will never give me a full refund. A sham of a company in my opinion. So beware if you buy anything from this company, you may never get your package and be out money.
