I placed an order with Factory Outlet Store LLC online on 3/9/24. As of todays date which is 4/10/24, I still have not received the product I ordered. I sent a total of 4 emails requesting an update and I received no response. I asked them to cancel my order again, no response. I attempted to call the number they have listed on their website but the recorder keep saying your call cannot be completed as dialed. If that telephone number is not correct they need to list a correct telephone number for customers to call in on. I was charged but never receive my order. I asked them to cancel my order via email, still no response. I have been trying to contact this company now for over a month. Buyer beware before you place an order with this company.Review from DAVID T

I ordered and paid for electric Razor replacement blades on Feb.20th 2024./ I was told they were on backorder. They would notify me when they were in. I called again and got the same answer. When I tried to call again the recording said their IVR system was down.which was 3 weeks ago. I was told to email them and they would answer in *********************************************************** a 2 week span. I am wondering if they have gone out of business. I previously received advertising emails almost every day. They have also stopped. I paid over $62 for the product. My order # ******. I either want the product or want my money refunded. I placed an order (no. FOS12469321E) on 3/29/24 on their website.I have emailed customer service numerous times for order tracking, as I never received a tracking number. Also, whenever I try to login to the website account I created, it says I do not have one.Repeated phone calls to their listed phone number only have a robotic voice saying that their IDR system for order tracking is not working--BUT I can email them for help LOL...again, emails go unanswered.Review from Kathleen J

I placed a considerable order -when didn't receive I called but got recording that they would contact in 24H. No contact for over 5 days. Tried to track order using my invoice but was told "no such order" yet they charged my account. Have used company before and used to be good but i am concerned they took my money and ran. I had to leave a 1 star rating but wish i could have left less than 1/2 star as this is unacceptable business behavior. Phone call does not allow me access to human to talk with-just email.Review from Douglas E

************** I placed an order 18 January **** for a set of factory Norelco replacement blades. The website stated they were out of stock, but I could place the order. My credit card would not be charged until the order shipped.3 days later my credit card was charged. Calling to complain to the company, I was told it would be taken care of.A few days later I received a phone call from a representative named *****. He stated the replacement heads were out of stock, but he would sale me a new electric razor. When I declined he told me he had the blades. Being ****** I statedyou just told me they were out of stock, now you tell me you have them?I told ***** to cancel the entire order. I ordered a order and never got a order from them, after 3 weeks and called numerous times without being able to get a tracking number as promised nor have I ever got a refund !! worst company I have ever dealt with.
