Save yourself yourself the time, money, and stress by finding any other gynecologist office in the area! I promise you this is NOT the cute easy experience it seems!!They are not clear on their own billing process and it seems to be little communication between receptionist, staff, nurses, and doctors. I would be they are overworking and underpaying the medical providers and that's why the service is so awful. I went in for what I thought was an annual visit... until I received the bill.What makes it especially frustrating is that I called ahead to speak with the receptionist to ensure that the service (a simple annual visit) would be in network and covered as a preventative health service. I understand that insurance is complicated and I don't blame the doctors or nurses, but the billing department is no help. I have never spoken to anyone in customer service that was that rude-- cutting me off, repeating the same sentence several times, and mumbling or speaking so fast so that I couldn't understand what she was saying.
