You can easily cancel recurring orders on line or postpone them or put a halt on orders for a while. **************** is wonderful and I have been taking their multi vitamins , joint products and collagen for years. .I love all their products Since I have been using purity products. My overall health and mood has improved and I am almost 70. I have yet to find a company I trust more for supplements. I love all their products.       I feel like I thought it was unsafe to order bc they tell you that you have to subscribe why not give the customer the option? It sounds like a trap!i wanted to try but then i saw it was by the purity company and i am sorry but i decline to deal with this company

      Purity Products Lack of **************** After using yone of your ********************** for 6 weeks, I called to cancel future orders. That ****** mever cancelled the order (I was later told by ***** she was probably new and didn't know the correct procedure for cancelling an order.) I was charged fior an order I did not want and it was shipped to me. I called aga in to cancel all orders and to get my money back. I was told to just take it to *** marked return to sender. *** would not take it without an authorization code which I asked for and was told it would be emailed to me. I never received the email. When I called a **** time, I was told my order had been canclled by the 2nd ****** I spoke to but still no return was authorized. I was given the option of keeping the product at 1/2 price or returning it with a label that would be mailed to me within 2 days and I would still have to pay to return a product I never should have received in the first place. Why ***** would buy from this company is beyond me. I only regret I did not look atreviews ahead of time, and the 1.85 sar review should have been a dead giveaway not to do business with them.

      Just don't appreciate that they say on radio you can get a free bottle to try some thing but you only can have one free bottle of a product in a lifetime so if you already tried a previous product, you won't be able to try another one. I think it's false advertising. They should just say that you can get the free bottle if you have never gotten a free bottle of any product before and of course they have over 200 products. Huge waste of time. Otherwise, if I wanted the product, I could've just bought it and not tried to call them for the free thing. Another time when I tried to call for a different trial, they had me leave a message and they never called back after three weeks.

      My husband got the initial trial of the bladder control product, then called to cancel the recurring orders as it didnt work for him. He spoke to someone three months ago that canceled his recurring order. Well, he just got another bottle in the mail today and his card was once again charged. I will be phoning the bank today to issue a chargeback and will hand over the package to the post office with return to sender. You should be ashamed of yourselves, taking advantage of senior citizens like this!! Fortunately, I am a very tech-savvy wife to my senior citizen husband and I will make it my mission to write bad reviews on every social media platform.

      we have the same problems as everyone else ...we canceled subscription and months later resent us product and charged ,our checking account for ****** then try to lower price and keep you on the phone with several offers of lowering the price to keep you subscribing after continuing to tell them we don't ever want anything again .THEY ARE CROOKS DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

      I agree with the other reviews that this company markets to older adults, tricks them into signing up for automatic reshipments, and then makes it nearly impossible to cancel those recurring shipments. I am an ecommerce executive and tried to cancel subscriptions for my elderly mother. I found no place in her online account to cancel the subscriptions (which all reputable companies offer), and it took me nearly 30 minutes on the phone to get an agent to cancel the auto-ship items that she never ordered and does not use. They have been billing her $200/month for many months now, for products she does not believe she ever agreed to have a subscription for. I would strongly recommend you buy your products elsewhere.

      I have taken the SuperGreens Multi vitamin for years and do believe they have contributed to my good health. **************** has always been prompt, courteous, and fair. Never been charged for something I didnt order, yet they do attempt to hook one into more than what one might need, but they do give price break on volume purchase, and longer term intake of a supplement is generally more effective than short term., so they believe in Purity Plus and ; If my memory serves, me the Super Greens multi vitamin previously was available as a powder in a capsule but now as a compressed tablet. It is my understanding that vitamins are more digestible and soluble as a powder in a gelatin capsule, or am I mistaken about the make of Purity Plus vitamins years ago, is the compressed tablet a new thing?
