Do not use these people, incompetent rude,lazy, disrespectful miserable people. I had three surgeries from Bad hernia mesh in the process I lost one of my testicles, sounds gruesome right well it is. These people had my case for over 4 years I never received one phone call, the only way you're getting in touch with these people is if you track them down and make them call you back. I should have received hundreds of thousands of dollars for what happened to me, I had all of my medical documents, sticker sheets for the mesh I was told I'm a preferred client because I had everything together. I signed a pathetic settlement agreement for $10,000 for 4 years these people had my case multiple surgeries, and the lawyer named ****** who is useless told me that she agreed with the other law firm has anybody ever heard a lawyer say they agree with the other side that I don't deserve money this lady should be disbarred for misrepresentation and incompetence. It's been 8 months since I signed documents still have not received a check these people have zero motivation there's laws that protect the client I am now in the process of hiring a lawyer to sue them for misrepresentation they will pay one way or the other. I'm also a United States Army veteran I thought I deserved better for my country, pretty sad, these people could care less about you or your case. This is a real review, and I'm not the only one leaving bad reviews they're everywhere on this company. They have multiple complaints from the Better Business Bureau I wish people would do their research before they hire a law firm, it is your life and your money don't make the mistake I did do not hire these incompetent, disrespectful, illiterate, elitist, New York liberals. Repeat do not use these ppl .. was added by my attorney in hip filing sent me blank forms to sign after waiting ***************************************** what they were doing when they were doing it ..I called and the lady REFUSED to even tell me who she was I called maybe 5 times in the 2-3 years they were involved and everytime they were snotty ? Im not rude ? I am patient ? I meant its been 10 years I filed with hip fail ?? And now I finally got everything straightened out and they wont send a list of fees to file so I can get my money ? Been way over 90 days .. I mean really ? To this day I have never seen the break down of fees and its been closed for ? Almost 2 years .. This is the most unprofessional greedy ppl imaginable they lie and say hospital etx only a small percentage .. its all bull by the time I was done ******* I got ****** for my life after 45 years old wow .. they could of been upfront saying they themselves where taking. ****** NEVER USE THESE PPL ! Too many good attorneys out there
