Eight months ago my wife and I had a flood in our house during a severe rainstorm. Our first course of action was to contact Companies that specialize in home improvement. We spent the next month receiving quotes, walkthroughs, and estimates. From the very beginning our due diligence paid off by selecting Total Home Construction Corp. Our house was completely renovated outside. Roof. ******. Stone facades. Windows. Gutters. Shutters. From top to bottom. Im a perfectionist. I couldnt be happier with the final outcome. Total Home Construction - a major renovation project, which the company took great care of our family, the project and finished on-time, We could not do this without a great team, contract was clear, adhered too by the company and when we had questions or changes, everything was listed in writing. No nonsense, straight forward work and a sizable investment made. Outcome is a beautiful newly renovated home. Payments, pay schedule, billing was all clear and on track. I highly recommend Total Home Construction who took great care of this project.

We were totally satisfied with Total Home Construction. We first contracted with Total Home Construction in ****. They installed new ******** Windows and whole house siding. The crew was excellent and the siding has shown no sign of ware.We needed a new Roof. I got estimates for 5 contractors, each with different materials and work scope. The last was Total Home Construction. **** the owner, whom as been in business for 75 years, we were impressed with his insight and honesty. Whenever I called their office about a question I had, the representative was always extremely helpful, polite and if she didn't have the answer at that moment she would get back to us in a very timely fashion. She made it also seem that she was truly looking out for us.Now about the installation of the new roof. The team that came to my home was a 5 man team led by the a *******. He explained everything about the roof tear down to install. He was very professional and me feel confident that he do a ***************, they removed the old roofing shingles, replaced rioted plywood, used ****** flashing around the chimney, add *** Weatherwatch membrane, Deck Amor, new drip edges, aluminum capping of fascia behind the gutters, new 6 gutters. The material used were all high quality which qualifies for the *** Golden Pledge Warranty. I would highly recommend Total ************ for any construction work needed for your home. They go over and above to make the job perfect. I will definitely be using them again and will be recommending them to family and friends. I was completely satisfied with both the quality of materials and workmanship.

After meeting with 3 companies to see about replacing the cedar shakes on my house with vinyl siding, I was glad I chose Total Home Construction. They followed through to my satisfaction on everything in the contract. The supplies arrived & work started almost 1 month earlier than expected too. The workers were prompt, courteous and cleaned up the work areas well each day. My calls to the office were always returned with an answer in a timely fashion. It was overall a very good experience and I love the way the house now looks!
