0 stars! What a horrible experience the 1st time they received my prescription and this year, one year latter when my refills ran out. For whatever reason the pharmacy they use, **************, would not accept the prescription sent by my hair doctor., who is one of the most accredited hair doctors in NewEngland. I was without my prescription for over 4 weeks, making multiple calls to keeps and my hair doctor to resend the prescription. After 4 weeks I cancelled my prescription and had my hair doctor call in the prescription to ********* who had my pills ready the day after receiving the prescription. I strongly recommend you avoid Keeps and **************.Keeps Response

After making my first order, I was not satisfied, so I tried to cancel my subscription. 3 months later, they charged me for the same product and sent it to me in the mail without my consent. I sent an email right away because it was on a Sunday and their office was closed. I got no response I called Monday and told them I didn't want the order, that I canceled the subscription, and to refund my money. I hadn't received the package yet and told them I would send it back without opening it, that I didn't want any of their products or services, and to refund my money. They refused, told me that my cancellation wasn't valid and made me jump through hoops to cancel my subscription. I had to do it online and over the phone and fill out a bunch of forms. This was a terrible experience and a very manipulative dishonest company to deal with. I would not recommend it to anyone.Keeps Response

BEWARE. I've been a good, loyal customer of ******************** since 2019. Recently I attempted to change my medication (which can be proven in the online message log) and to my surprise, a few weeks later I received a years worth of my prior prescription and was charged $245! I contacted the company via multiple avenues to get this corrected and although they will certainly take my money again and send me the RIGHT prescription, they REFUSE to refund me for the wrong medication sent. So here I am again today, I tried one last time to contact them and their customer service reps just keep finding excuses to refuse my request for a return and refund. Unacceptable! I've spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars with this company and they won't right THEIR wrong for $240? Not to mention the hour of my life I've wasted trying to get this resolved. What a bunch of BS. Keeps just lost a longtime customer. Don't make the same mistake I did. I WILL spread the word about my experience with everyone I know.Keeps Response

This is an awful company and their products have actually been harmful to me. First the "subscription" sent me way too much of their product, and it was hard to cancel. Second, each time (twice) I tried to use the foam, it ended up making hair fall out. I was using it as a "preventative measure", and haven't had a bald spot before using their "foam". Anyway, I was just using it for 3 weeks, and now my hair is suddenly thinning, so I've thrown away about $300 worth of their crappy product. "keeps" *****. I delayed a refill prescription several months ago because of a medication interaction--at the time, I received a notification that my order was shipping and was given 24 hours to change shipping information. I responded to that within about ******************************************************************************************* cancel the order.Recently, I received another shipping email--apparently my 90-day delay had expired for which I received absolutely no notification or re-authorization--so I replied to that email immediately asking that the order be stopped. Apparently the order was re-processed before I received any information at all. In trying to cancel the order, I have received no help from anyone--via email or over the phone, despite responding within the requested eight hours.Keeps Response

This company has been harassing me and my husband for over a year after we canceled their services. I put the account under my contact information because my husband hates giving out his (I now see why). I have tried numerous times to have them take my information off of their contact this to cease them sending texts and emails saying Your prescription is about to expire. Of course it is because we dont want to use their services anymore. Their customer service is giving me the complete run around. I am sick of being harassed for a service we have clearly said that we want nothing to do with. Dont not use them unless youre planning on never stopping their services because they will continue to send you alerts long after youve asked them not to.It takes a lot for me to get to this level and I would just like to prevent others from going through what is happening to me and my husband.Keeps Response
