They did not send my tickets, and despite numerous attempts leading up to the event, I did not receive the tickets and there was no refund. DONT USE THEM

Purchased 5 tickets in May 2024. Received confirmation number promptly. Our family of 5 flew from ******** to ******* for the game last weekend. Tried to retrieve the tickets 3 hours prior to the game. They were not available. I was told that the seller did not forward the tickets. Spoke to 3 Seat Geek **** and requested status updates each time. All said, "No worries." NONE followed up and replied. After much frustration and disappointment, I requested a refund 30 minutes before the game. Seek Geek was 100% unreliable and offered no timely contingency plan considering the game start time. Still SMH :-(

Do not trust them. They said my tickets were sold and I would be paid. After the game passed they informed me of technical difficulties transferring the tickets. Rather than inform me before the game or try to make me whole, they caused my tickets to become worthless. **************** only made excuses and failed to resolve the issue. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE SEATGEEK

I ordered 6 tickets for my event weeks prior to the event and I never received the tickets and was not able to attend. I called and spoke to Seat Geek representatives over 5 times the day of the event and was told I would get a call back and they never called. I have yet to get a refund.

I purchased two tickets from StubHub for a concert event on Sun, Aug 4 at 2:18 AM.On Sun, Aug 4 at 2:48 AM, I received an email that the tickets were ready.On Sun, Aug 4 at 2:50 AM, I received another email that the tickets were no longer valid as the seller canceled the transfer.On Sun, Aug at 9:09 AM, I received a phone call from StubHub about the ticket issue.Around 11 AM I got online to message StubHub to tell them that since there was an issue with the tickets, I no longer wanted them and requested a refund. The customer service *** told me they were working to have them ready to transfer again but I told them since it was getting late and because the concert venue was a long drive for me I again would prefer a refund. I quoted back to them the FanProtect Guarantee that they offer which states refunds can be requested and was told they would put in a request for the refund.Then at 12:30 PM not long after I finished chatting with them, I got another email (Sun, Aug 4 at 12:30 PM) that the tickets were available.I then had to get back on the StubHub site to start a new chat because I was frustrated that the tickets got re-sent after I had just spoken with them and requested a refund. I was then told I could not request a refund because the tickets were delivered. I told them that was not fair since originally the tickets were not available and not able to be delivered. I feel like they have taken advantage of me and wasted a great deal of my time and do not honor their policies.

******** company to deal with. Sold tickets and have waited 30 days for this company to refund money owed to us. I have called several times and get the run around. Why this company needs your social security numbers to send a refund is unknown to me. Do not buy tickets or sell tickets on this website. Scam artists. If I could leave zero stars I would.

If I could give zero stars, I would. After purchasing tickets for a sporting event in December, 2023, and having the tickets confirmed, I did not receive tickets within the ***** hour time frame. I called, messaged, and emailed customer service multiple times, and each time, they told me that if the tickets were not delivered, they would replace them. This did not happen. Instead, the customer service agent offered me a refund and a 20% discount off replacement tickets four hours before kickoff. Only a fool would give them more money. This site is a scam - unprofessional and unreliable. Do not trust them - if you do, you will regret it.

The seller pay 10% and buyers pay up to 40% and you don't see the break down unless you put in the search price without fees. Can't reach a human to speak with This is the official site of *** contact you team to tell them that fans are being ripped off

Awful , refuse to help me with my ticket unless I give them full control of my phone and bank account

Tickets didnt work, couldnt reach anyone to speak to the day of the show except through chat and they couldnt help us. Please DO NOT use them. Seat geek has no phone number to talk to someone if theres an issue.
