SHADY COMPANY. I purchased an Apple Watch SE from Kiss Electronics (through Amazon) 2/26/24 and received it 2/27/24. Upon receiving the watch it was completely dead so I had to charge it. After charging the device and I got it turned on the device already had a wallpaper on it and asked me for a passcode. It just shows me that the seller doesn't care about their end user and that they DEFINITELY do not check their devices before sending it to the end user (which they claim to do). Seems like this seller is just re-selling stolen devices. BUYER BEWARE. Do not purchase from this shady company! And even more conveniently upon contacting Amazon to try and get a replacement - the seller doesn't allow replacements through Amazon - I wonder why that is? I be it's because they don't want Amazon to see the stolen devices and shady business they are doing. I'm going through Amazon for my refund and will be sure to NEVER buy ANYTHING from this company again and I suggest you do the same. STRAY AWAY!!!!!Review from To C

This company is terrible. Bought a refurbished phone that did not work, returned the item its been almost 3 months and no money back. They have lied to me so many times. They also keep saying they have tried contacting me yet Ive received nothing even though they have my phone number. This is illegal they have stolen over $200 from me. I will be taking them to court. I have return receipts from ******* where I bought it from to whom kiss electronics sells through *******. I would recommend nobody ever buy anything from these people. Ill never do so again. This is hurting my family. The phone was purchased for my daughter for Christmas and now she has no phone for almost 3 months nor a Christmas present because of these people.Review from Rutherly C

Purchased a used Apple Watch from kiss electronics, they described it as being in excellent condition! I got the delivery opened the box and noticed the watch had cracks and deep scratches, I called their customer service who was not very helpful nor tried to rectify the situation. Do not waste your time with this company! Absolute garbage!Review from Patrisha E

I bought an Apple Watch through ******** The product came as specified with a brochure from Kiss Electronics and a QR code to set up watch. I followed the instructions included. A credit card was needed (although there was a statement "no charged will be added) My credit card would not go through (although it was a good card) so I tried a second card. Shame on me - BOTH cards were compromised. Fortunately my credit card companies were right on it and noticed the fraud contacted me and closed the cards immediately. So - the brochure coming from Kiss Electronics includes a fraud QR code. IF YOU BUY A PRODUCT AND IT COMES WITH INSTUCTIONS FROM KISS ELECTRONICS - DON'T follow!Review from Marcus L

Bought a watch refurbished by them and the battery is defective doesnt even last a work day. Nothing was mentioned about a bad battery and they cant even have the decency to message you backReview from DeMara D

Just ordered a new ******* S22 phone and my credit card canceled my order within 5 minutes due to fraudulent activity. The seller was Kiss Electronics. No stars!!Review from sherry s.

Do not recommend buying from the company Kiss Electronics. When you purchase an item and want to return it they will ******* you with automated e-mails asking you not to contact them as they are receiving a high volume of e-mails and will contact you . They don't contact you until the warranty period has passed then refuse to honor the return policy. I highly recommend never buying from these people or you'll get burnt and be out product as well as your money!
