Horrible customer service. Completely ghosted after following up with them a couple times for a bathroom remodel estimate. If they can't even start off well, I can imagine how the rest of the experience would have been.

****************, as we discussed yesterday, not responding to your phone call was an oversight. We spoke to all parties involved and stressed the fact that we need to respond to all customers. Unfortunately, you never had an appointment scheduled or visited the showroom. Your email was simply overlooked.

STAY AWAY! Worst experience EVER! We came with a design for the small renovation of a kitchen, 250 sq. It was mistake after mistake. They had to reorder the whole kitchen MULTIPLE times, making renovation once everything was delivered total 5 months when it should have been 2 weeks renovation. I would price match with **** *****, they have the same Kraftmade cabinets, price match guarantee, and great customer service. Dan, Nancy, and Sharon blamed all of their mistakes on everyone else. Nothing was reimbursed for the time lost and extra money spent for the extended renovation. Although Dan & Nancy "promised" via email, when the order was complete they would reimburse a small amount for the lost time and extra money spent fixing their mistakes, we never saw a penny.

Sorry this was your experience. It definitely is not the experience of most. However, your review is not entirely true. D&N did not blame the problem on anyone else. Your kitchen order had two colors....one color was correct and the other was not so the 'whole' kitchen didn't have to be reordered. Once we were notified of the error we promptly corrected it - it was simply human error. We strive for excellence but are not 100% perfect. D&N ordered additional cabinets (different from what was signed and approved by you) at no cost to the customer and offered monetary restitution. You refused the compensation demanding more than was offered. Additionally, you and your wife repeatedly called our offices using foul language, threatened legal action, showed up at our showroom and cursed at us in front of our underaged child, and initially refused to return the incorrect cabinets back to the manufacturer. In the end, we delivered your products as promised and even purchased extra cabinets to help rectify the situation. As a small family business, we are committed to our customers and definitely go above and beyond to make our customers happy. We consider ourselves partners with our clients and work to that end. It sincerely saddens us that a neighbor would deliberately try to destroy a business that works hard to build our town. Additionally, you are incorrect regarding our competitor... they do not have the same product as us. The construction is different, we have more modifications, and the processing plant is not the same therefore our product is more study. It has been more than 6 months since this occurrence and this could have been rectified amicably and rationally if given the chance.
