Bra front zipper malfunctioned. Sent bra back for replacement. Tommie copper paid return postage. 2nd bra received same problem with front zipper. Had to pay return postage myself ($20.96). Tommie copper owes me $20.96 since their product lacked quality control.

Sizing chart totally inaccurate.Bought a bra from them using the sizing chart provided online. I have been professionally sized for a bra so based on that and why I normally wear, I bought the XL. Not only is the zipper defective but the cup size is about 3 sizes too small!! I called customer service and she told me the only thing they can do is to send a replacement. I told her that if I get a larger size to accomodate the cup size then the ribcage size will be way too big. Their sizing chart is inaccurate and that isn't my fault as the consumer, and since it is their fault for providing incorrect information upon which I based my purchase, they should be the ones to pay for the return shipping costs. She said she offered me a solution and I wasn't taking it. I explained again that she was NOT offering a viable solutions since their size chart was incorrect and couldn't accommodate my size. She said there was nothing else she could do for me, that I was responsible for paying return shipping. I asked to have the call escalated and she said there was no one else, she was the only one who could handle the call. I asked for the name and contact information for anyone else at Tommie Copper that I could write a complaint to, like the owner, and she said she wouldn't provide that information. This is outright misrepresentation of their products and consumers are basing purchases on that incorrect information without them acknowledging or being willing to take responsibility. I see others have complained about the same or similar things happening to them. This should not be allowed.

Buyer beware: I returned an item that should have fit! I went by their size chart, only to have an item too large sent to me. I returned said item for an exchange and called them as well only to be told that there would be no exchange or refund. They can't be the only ones that sell this, remember I used their size chart only to be ripped off.

Returned a flex wrap that was defective and they wont give me a refund. I called their customer service and said they received the wrap and I was told they process refunds in weekly batches and to expect my refund next week. Been two months now, no refund !

hi i like their item's I recently bought the 1 Men's Pro-Grade Lower Back Support 1 Men's Lower Back Support Shirt in size medium They were to tight so return them and got the large .I saw that my order was return with the 1 Men's Lower Back Support Shirt but the 1 Men's Lower Back Support shorts were not return. I asked why they said it was damage I replied back how because he only put them on to tight put back in bag to return them I left emails asking if not back on my card I take a gift card .Don't think it fair i lose the ***** and dont have the item either I dont want the item back it to tight Hopefully i can get some help i placed 3 different orders with them If i know this is how they treat there customers i would of looked around for different compression items that will stand behind there items and give the customer there money back Thank you have a good day and holiday
