On 6-14-21, RTR Financial Services attempted to contact me and left a message with my wife. I returned their call via a computer generated number. They requested I confirm an address from several years back which I did. Then, the woman I spoke with, proceeded to tell me I owed several hundred dollars to the county I previously lived in. However, she was unable to narrow down what "division" of the county I owed money or what services they were for. The woman then attempted to collect my current address and phone number. I advised the woman that I was current on "ALL" my bills and could she could take her scam elsewhere. I offered the woman my email address so she could provide me with the information requested but she refused to accept that contact information. There's a reason this company has one out of five stars. They are scammers.

Re: ID ****** Please accept this letter as our response to the above-cited complaint. Mr. A**** verified that the address we had on file was an address he was associated. He advised that he did not have an outstanding debt with our client. We offered to mail him an itemized bill regarding the debt, but he declined to provide his current address. He did offer his email address, but due to the nature of the debt it is our policy not to email an itemized bill. We have marked his account as disputed. Please note that due to the nature of the debt at issue, we are precluded by privacy laws from providing a more detailed response to the BBB. Thank you for your time and assistance.
