      Quaker issued a recall on simply granola but when you try to get a refund they make it impossible to comply with all questions and uploads of pictures of products, receipt, of online orders. many customers ****t have the capability to upload anything on a computer much less pictures. Then they give you a phone number which is not answering and putting you on hold for hours and hours. In fact they **** want a refund paid so they make so many hoops to jump through they know you are wasting time. Therefore I suggest avoid their products like the plague as they are not able to produce a decent product in the first place then manage cheat you out of a refund. They sold the product though ****** who doesn't have a phone number available either.

      They will give you a load. They will not put times on the rate confirmation. And then they will charge you for being late. 550$ in my case. They flat out steal from you and nobody cares to do anything about it.

      Their Pepsi machine stole $2 from me. After contacting customer service, they said they will not return the cash they stole no matter what. Instead, the "Relations" lady sent me a voucher for a free Pepsi. I lost two dollars which would be two Pepsis, lol. I would rather die than continue doing business with a trash company like this. I will be filling BBB complaint now, and **** my words, I will NEVER make another Pepsi purchase for the rest of my life. I understand accidents happen, especially when using automated vending machines, but it the response from the company to correct the issue that is lacking ethics entirely.

      Pepsico Logistics brokers are shameless. I booked a load from ******* to *******, driver arrived at the shipper and then load got cancelled, broker sent a tonu for $200 but with the same load number so your billing department doesnt want to pay for it, reached out to broker and he then sent a new tonu for $125 still with the same load number and billing still doesnt want to pay for it, first the original tonu was sent for $200 and second now the broker still hasnt solve my problem, he has blocked my number and doesnt answer my emails!! Very unprofessional after booking a load with you guys, driver arriving at shipper. I have proof emails of our conversation!

      I suffered a broken tooth of a product in the bag,I don't know what it was I bit down my tooth broke,I almost choked on something like a rock...it was awful ?? then they talked to me like... pretty much **** you...but hey.... I'll never eat or drink a Pepsi product EVER..

      I have spent way too much time contacting Pepsi re: getting regular Pepsi caffeine free in my local ******* and my ******* grocers ,I was told too many time ,they have got the message to the appropriate people and it was taken care of. One untrue statement after another ,all they do is tell you what you want to hear,and do nothing to resolve the issue. Why is it that all these people can't get a popular product in my town? They are just not caring to solve a problem,that shouldn't be a problem in the first place. Why should I have to drive 65 mi.to get Pepsi regular caffeine free ??

      I've been an avid customer for basically my whole life, but I think this is the end. After buying multiple cases of diet pepsi where the cans are so thin that they leak without even being opened and are unpressurized to the point that I worry about contamination, I switched to the bottled product hoping that would be safer. Nope. Same issue. Considering carbonated drinks that are unpressurized can mean a leak and mean there could be bacteria growing in the sugar I'm tired of wasting money when this is a consistent problem with their packaging that could lead to health issues. Do better pepsi.

      I am 74 years old and have been a Pepsi customer for many years. First regular *************************** diet ********************** and for the last 20 years as a drinker of caffeine free diet Pepsi per doctor's ******* For the past 3 months I have not been able to find caffeine diet Pepsi in any store. Has this product been discontinued? I don't think it is a production problem as you see to be able to produce other products as well as issuing new flavors. I know as only one person that what I buy or don"t buy won't affect your bottom line but I will encourage other people not to buy your products. I have read other reviews and it seems that the only one you responded to was a positive one. Why is that? Your customer review rating is very low and I think that your BBB rating should be lower. I have changed to another drink and will no longer be looking for your Caffeine Free Diet Pepsi.

      PepsiCo definitely needs to improve their support in small business like many other large consumer product companies. As a small retailer, it has been a daily struggle to keep your business open since the pandemic. Without proper support from companies, things can be much tougher at times, and I am finding out during the hard times which companies care and which companies don't. PepsiCo is on the top of the list when it comes to NOT supporting the small businesses. In fact, their wholesale distribution is so anti-small business, maybe they want all of us to just fail so that they don't have to deal with us anymore. They constantly change our delivery schedule, and now they are telling us they are changing our minimum orders to 30 cases for bi-weekly orders from previous minimum of 15 cases. I have ***** sq ft liquor store with one dedicated refrigerator for Pepsi products. If I can sell 30 cases of Pepsi products in two weeks, which will be twice the normal amount even prior to pandemic, I would gladly order them, but with reduced hours and total sales by 30% during the pandemic, I am being told to order twice the volume. Not to mentioned their constant mis-ordering and replacing items with products that I never ordered, they are providing many popular products to the small business retailers at even higher costs than retail prices of ******* and *********** I am not against ******* and ***** selling at lower prices, but if the manufacturer continues to destroy the retail pricing structure, most of the small businesses will be closing soon.
