      I leased a car from here back on April 2nd. I was given a temporary license plate as I registered my car in ** and was told that I would be contacted once the dealership has my actual license plates. However, no one contacted me afterwards and I myself inquired about the license plates when I realized my temporary plates were about to expire. I was told that the billing department did not have the correct insurance, which is not true since I gave them the correct insurance the day that I picked up the car. And even if that was the case, why didn't anyone review the insurance before letting me leave with the car? Or how come no one reached out to me and told me that the insurance was incorrect? I had to call myself for them to tell me that? Then I was told that they need another copy of the insurance and that they'll put a rush on the plates. Now it has been over 2 months and I still do not have my registration or my license plates for my car. I have been continuously contacting the dealer and to this day, June 3rd, I am getting vague answers and I have no concrete timeline for when I should receive my plates. For over a month I have been forced to drive with expired license plates and I constantly fear getting pulled over or ticketed for having an expired registration. I am in college, and I have to leave for class an extra ***** mins early in case I get pulled over for the expired plates so that I don't miss my class. *****, doesn't it? Now today I'm being told that their 3rd party company that they deal with is responsible for the negligence.... the story keeps changing but what doesn't change is the fact that I STILL don't have my plates. If you're registering your car out of state, do yourself a favor and get a car from somewhere else because no one should have to deal with this nightmare and be forced to drive with expired plates since the dealer clearly doesn't care about their clients once they get paid and the deal is done.

      I attempted to buy a vehicle from this dealership and I am an out of State buyer. The first salesperson was in my opinion inept and rude. To avoid this person I went to the Sales Manager. From Thursday to Tuesday he avoided my placing an offer with being out of the office. Apparently he could not make a decision remotely even tho he is the Manager. I made a cash offer for the (Empire Price) listed on the website. After pressing him on Tuesday for a yes or no answer he go back that "at this point we are going to just pass on the deal". With absolutely no other feedback. This is absolutley the worst Chevrolet dealership experience I have ever had. These type of people are why Car sales people have such a bad reputation. I just wanted to purchase a vehicle. Amazing experience.

      They are AWFUL at providing service. I wouldn't even give them any stars. They have no respect for the customer and can't really trust their work because their "diagnosis" puts people's lives at risk. For several months we were getting an alert about a the power steering on the dashboard of our 2015 ***** Colorado. We took in the truck to Robert Chevrolet for them to check what was wrong. "Oh our mechanics couldn't find anything wrong after doing their diagnostics. They even drove it around and it didn't come up". We had a picture and a video of when the message would come up in the dashboard which they completely disregarded. They gave us back our truck to use and as they're supposed to be knowledgeable mechanics we trusted them. Well, soon enough after driving the truck my husband lost steering as he's driving on the highway (at highway speeds) with our small child in the truck with him. Fortunately, my husband was able to control the truck, reduce speed, and pull over avoiding an accident. Their WRONG diagnostics put both their lives at risk!! We got the truck back to them and with no steering at this point. All they could say was, "oh we're sorry." Sorry isn't enough in a case like this. So now with no steering they figured out that the truck needs a new steering rack AND present us with a **** of $1700+. I asked to speak to a manager to discuss and he didn't call me back, instead decides upon himself and other service rep to call GM to see if they would provide support. Took 3 weeks for GM to get back to us and disregard everything and simply say - your truck isn't covered under warranty anymore so we can't do anything. Also, Robert Chevrolet is it's own entity so we can't make them do anything. In the middle of all of all of this we were without our truck for 3 weeks. When we initially dropped off the truck we asked for a service vehicle and they said they didn't have any available. HOWEVER, the service rep said to us, GM has a deal with Enterprise that if you rent a car through them while your car is being serviced at a GM dealership they will reimburse up to $40 a day. I asked several times, are you sure and he said yes. So we contacted Enterprise and finally got a loaner vehicle which was from GM as well. Now, since GM and Robert Chevrolet took so long to figure things out we had a loaner vehicle for this time which the end result being that BOTH GM and Robert Chevrolet saying they won't cover the loaner vehicle expense. So now they want us to pay for both the expense of fixing the truck and hundreds of dollars for a loaner vehicle because of their MISS INFORMATION AND LACK OF KNOWLEDGE. I asked to speak to the manager once again and again he left me hanging all day with me leaving several messages on a Friday. He simply left that day and did not call. On Monday morning the service rep, not the manager just calls me saying, "I heard you have some concerns." That is just disrespectful after everything we have been going through.
