Unpakt is a moving broker. Stay away. I own a moving company that provided one of their customers 5 star service. ******************** has not paid me for my services to their customer. I've called, left messages and emailed them dozens of times and they WILL NOT RESPOND. Please, I urge you, support the moving company directly by booking your move through the mover directly. Search for movers near you and find a reputable company with good reviews and book your move through them. Unpakt is not operating ethically and is stealing money from small hard working businesses. If you want a good move experience stay away from brokers.Review from Aditya B

I moved 4 times with Unpakt and they were a godsend for each of my moves. The payment is always processed through them and their customer service team is highly responsive for any problems on move day.Review from Nick K

Unpakt lets you update your inventory on the fly and compare all costs upfront. There are no surprises on moving day. I've used it for several moves and will continue to do so in the future. It's so much better than trying to deal with movers directly.Review from Fengtao W

My experience with unpakt is worry free. The search result is excellent, and the offline communication by phone and email is smooth too. I would recommend it if you live in ** area!Review from Kevin C

unpakt billed us 2 days before scheduled and confirmed move time. 1 hour before the scheduled move, their local mover they cancelled. NO ONE from unpakt was available. I had to be out that day. The local mover suggested I rent a u-haul (thanks?). No availability from unpakt to help. I found another mover who was able to help that day. And then I finally get a call from unpakt - no offer to help, no concern about whether I found a solution. I ask for my money back and they said they would look into it. Still haven't heard anything from unpakt about a refund. I opened a dispute with my CC for my own protection. Very shady. ALSO: the replacement mover cost 60% of what unpakt charged us.Review from Josh B

Unpakt is a comparison website, a broker, not a moving company themselves. They manage the process with a very intuitive website that helps you log your inventory, book a moving slot, and compare prices from a range of different moving companies. I have used them for all of my moves since I discovered them. They are a great middle man, and proactively communicate with both sides to make it work. They've got good CS reps who call and try to accommodate any scheduling changes or unknown factors. And they charge what they say they will, at the time of the move.Review from Shannon M

This is now my 4th Unpakt Move. Highly recommend. Continue to make the process super easy, great customer support and really easy to use. This move I had zero issues, in the past it's been really easy to resolve. Love that you pay by item, so much more convenience and transparent to know what you owe.Review from Abhishek K

Booked a truck 2 weeks in advance for a move and waited until the day beforehand to tell me they couldn't get my truck booked and then tried to offer 2 options w and 3 days out at a significantly higher price. Horrible business to work with and highly disappointed in customer service.
