Gave me a white pool instead of a blue pool. Sold me a 65 year old individual a pool with no rails. IThe pool did not want to start up when they sent the representative out. I would not recommend this company to no one.Review from Joyce K

I would never recommend Blue Haven to anyone. If I could I would have given them ZERO stars. They destroyed my neighbors property and many things on my own property due to their negligence and have refused to make it right. I have tried for almost a year now and can't get any help from anyone. ****** is a con artist and you can't trust anything he says. When he gives you a quote you may as well add another 10k to the top. I specifically asked about pricing and he promises things are included until it comes time to choose things. Then he tells you it's extra. It's been less than a year and our cool deck has several large cracks. They have told me several times ***** (the contractor who did the cool deck) is coming out. I take off of work to meet him and he has no showed too many times to count. DONT EVER HIRE BLUE HAVEN TO DO YOUR POOL OR YOU WILL TRULY REGRET IT.Review from Brandon B

I would not recommend blue haven pools to anyone thinking of installing an inground pool...They installed a $90,000.00 pool at my home in 2008 and never returned to put the sundeck concrete coating after repairing a leaking line blasting dirt in the deep end,i have to keep the deep end jets off.,.After they busted up my concrete and repoured it...I STILL HAVE THE SAME LEAK....,THEY really screwed it to me...I'M not advising this pool company for anyone...i think the hire help left the glue off the pvc lines by the deep end to be honest
