We had a tub removed and had a walk-in shower installed. We were promised job to be done in 12 weeks. The job was complete in one day within one week. All removals and installation completed to my wife's satisfaction. The Installer James was professional, industrious, cheerful, and helpful in answering questions. The guys did a wonderful job for my sale and installation.. **** did a wonderful job with explaining everything to me and was very helpful with helping me pick out the right shower set up for me.. and ***** did a tremendous job with the installation and he "knocked it out of the park" with a home run installing everything in a very professional manner.. The initial call and follow-up calls received from MaxHome were timely and courteous. ******************* installed our walk-in shower. Living in a 2-story house, I had doubts that the work could be completed in one day. Much to our surprise we went from a bathtub to a fully equipped walk in shower in a few hours. From the moment I looked into his eyes and spoke to him I knew I had received the right young man for the job. Max home done shabby work. Water leak in bathroom. Noticed after 8 months. Destroyed my wall. They refuse to pay the plumbing and carpenter bill. Do not do business with them. Very rude people. no knowledgeable.

Everything about our experience with MaxHome was GREAT! From appointment scheduling, to sales visit, to installation - they made it SO easy! Kudos to our installers, ***** and *******. They were prompt, knowledgeable, courteous... I really can't say enough about them... especially ******** since we saw him more. We LOVE our new shower and the fact that it was completed so quickly with no muss, no fuss and no mess. I highly recommend MaxHome.Review from Kevin K
