A very hard company deal with, if there is a problem. They sent me the wrong order and then insinuated that I had stolen from them. I worked very hard to try to work it out and receive my correct order and return their other order. I finally had to file a claim with my credit card company that is the only way the situation was resolved, I tried repeatedly to get them to send me return shipping materials and they would not. They expected me to send it on my dime I did get a refund through my credit card company not Blanchard. I will never deal with them again.Review from Dale J.

I order to Blanchard & Co on May 31 2024. The money is withdrawn next day. Today June 13 but still the order has not been shipped. I call on June 11 but very poor response. After a 2nd or 3rd call the operator contact me to another lady and she assure me to pursue the matter but after 2 days no progress. still the order is in the status of not yet shipped. very very poor and worst customer service and delayed shipment. I regret to order Blanchard
