            this company is unreliable, i sked 2 appliance appts thru ***** master protection agreement for 6/10. thru out the week, i got reminders from *****. needless to say, NO ONE showed for the sked appts, or did they even reach out to let me know their status of arrival. I took the day off for this appts.so tonight 6/12, i got a call from a tech stating they were sked to come out 6/13, big negative, i have a job to go to. the tech is blaming ***** for their skeding problems, they can't even admit their own fault, they dropped the ball.this company is known to make their own sked, i've dealt with them to where they would call and state they were in my area, i would tell them of a sked appt, then they would tell me they couldn't make it. what kind of business does this to customers???I wish ***** would find another company that we can rely on.
