            We hired Auto Solutions to complete a repair on our truck . Auto Solutions had a fall out with an employee or partner (Brian Z******)and called and wanted to charge us double the amount quoted. Our original quote was $1500.00 and they wanted to charge us $3600.00 they finally agreed to repair. They took several months to fix. They called about three weeks ago and stated we needed to pick up our vehicle. Due to Covid we've had employee's in and out and I assured we would pick up the truck on the 6th of May now the owner said "she was going to charge and Add'l fee of $2500.00 for storage fees and if I did not pay that she was filing a lien on my truck and I could not pick it up. "

            Had my car tower there to fix a passenger restraint system failure on nov8 2021. They fixed 9k of work under the hood but not the original problem. I paid 1250 of it and paying weekly on a loan that covered more through them. Still wasn't fixed. I got it back drove for a week and moved my seat. The car cut off completely in traffic. I took it back they had it another 6 months. I got it back after paying 1000 to fix a leak, still not the original problem. The very next day I had to get it towed again to them. That was Sept 25 of 2023. Now they say i have and electrical problem that would be too much for me to fix but i never received a proper invoice that states whats wrong. Now I'm forced to get it towed off the property today april 2 2024 because they now saying they just can't fix it and don't have the technician to even try. So I'm paying for a car I only drove for 8 months. I bought it on March 3 2021 it's *** x5 2013. I pay a car note every month for a car that doesn't work due to whatever this company has done without explaining. So I have no car and no money to fix it anywhere else. Just incomplete service and no communication. How are they still in business.
