Terrible treatment to students by the owner.This was a 2 day class from 730am-6pm. I had a successful draw with a different instructor yesterday, but today I was nervous and asked for a different instructor because I felt intimidated and insecure of my skills with the owner ( she got mad at me , grabbed her head in frustration because I didn't approach the vein in the exact same way that she did.) .. she said, " No. Shut up or leave". I was in shock she said that and I replied " this is the exact reason I am asking for a different instructor, you're intimidating, condescending, and impatient. You're supposed to help people who are nervous and NOT belittle them." She told me to leave again, I did...But not before I told her she was a horrible woman, a horrible instructor and should be encouraging and not demeaning.( she said people wearing masks were being duped, the cost of gas is their fault.. she called recovering/ drug addicts junkies, told other students they were dumb and not getting it and they didn't need to bother coming back because they wouldn't pass their test!!)Their website says this " We understand that some individuals are nervous when it comes to trying a new skill especially when it involves needles and blood. Our specialty is respectful help for the student who has these fears."Obviously that was a lie...several other students followed me out and gave me hugs and told me their horror stories with her, 1 girl reminded her that she bullied her too, 1 girl said she took statements from other students and will be filing a complaint. Overall the experience was poor due to the owner telling everyone her political and judgemental opinions, poorly made illegible copies that we weren't allowed to keep, but just study..expired vials that didn't work, her bullying and intimidating demeanor, and her staff didn't intervene to help make it a successful experience.

This girl had been practicing at her workplace with individuals that are also employees. She was determined to do it the way they showed her, not the way it was being taught. After nicely correcting her numerous times she **** back and started shouting at me in front of the entire class. I do not and will not tolerate disrespect or hostility in my class. I asked her to stop or leave. She continued. She is full of excuses and hostile. I have taught for 30 plus years. The student has to have a willingness to learn, not be entitled and disrespectful. ALL other students passed and got a certificate. ******** has stated numerous untruths in her ranting I will not address. I spoke about gassing up on my to class stating I had paid $3.65 for gas and every window had been broken out of the store and I was scared and did not feel safe. Don't know how I could blame that on anyone but if someone is happy playing victim, they will find a way. I would never employ someone who behaves this way, nor want them to do any sort of procedure on me. Sad, entitled young woman with excuses for her bad behavior. This is why teachers are resigning in droves. I am proud of my business, what and how I teach, and my prior students that are employed everywhere. I do not have a shred of respect for liars and entitled children, I teach adults.
