              I call for service on a pool light repair. Spoke to Tracy one of the owners The invoice was paid April 6,2022 in the amount of $140.00. There was two tech that were sent out. With that the repairs were never done by first tech because pool was full. I was told by Tracey One of the owners of Albuquerque pools & spa I was to fill the pool up so the light would seal. First tech stated she should not give instruction I had to drain pool down which was very costly. Second tech came our check the electric box? I meet him in park in the front of my yard he was very aggressive. The repairs again were not done. Second tech was stating I chase him to another job which was incorrect. Had he noted I have ring cameras back and front that records as well as my daughter whom was watching him in the front yard. I have e mailed as well as texting and calling request a refund But that has not been done. E mails and texts message may be submitted on request

              I hired for pool inspection. They specifically stated my equipment was in "good" working order and upon move in the pipes leaked into the home. The pump needed to be replaced, and the cartridges needed to be replaced. These were specific items noted on the inspection as "good". I strongly do NOT recommend.

              This pool was inspected on May 5th 2023. We have not received any correspondence from. ********************* until September 12th 2023 Four months have gone by. The pictures that we took at time of inspection clearly show the pump running and no leaks. The filter is also running at a normal pressure. These filters need to be cleaned every 60 to 90 days. I have reviewed the report and stand 100% behind my inspector and the report. My question why wait 4 months to complain?
