      Do not use this company. They installed a new roof on my cabin in **************. Within a year the new food was leaking. I called multiple time for them to come back and rescrew a certain seam. Will not answer my calls. They take your money, but will not back up their work!

      Dishonest, misleading company, don't use them! Started tearing my roof in the afternoon in late October the day before a powerful cold front was forecast to come thru. Left loose shingles, buckets of nails etc. unsecured on the roof much of which blew off overnight. Buckets of nails spilled on driveway, shingles all over the yard, etc. When I called to complain, they assured me that everything was secured, even though I had personally witnessed with my own eyes that it had already blown off the roof. I work and never saw or spoke to anyone in charge after they started - they were not there when I left for work and they were gone when I came home. The guy who originally came out to give me a bid assured me that they would put my existing heating cable back on the new roof when they were done, but instead, I found it wound up and sitting in the gutter on the roof when they were done. They did not perform a "walk-thru" when the job was complete, just sent a **** demanding payment the same day. Called them this winter when an ice dam developed on the roof and they deny having promised to put my heat cable back up. Several other smaller problems that reflect poor workmanship that I did not bring up with them as it is clear it would fall on deaf ears. Read the fine print in their contract - it essentially absolves them of any problem that might arise and they do not stand by their work.

      We are contesting Mr. ********* Review regarding the roof installation at ************************************* located in ************** ********. We are very sorry to hear that ********************** feels he has had a bad experience with our company. Unfortunately many times, people do not read the entire contract they sign and do not realize our company cannot come todo routine maintenance on a home without charging something no matter how small the amount may be. This falls on the owner's responsibility after the completion of thework to maintain the residence to their standards. In this case, ********************** had ice dams form and expected us to come and service them for free which is clearly in the contract he signed; not our responsibility but the owners.********************** was never on the Jobsite to review the work being completed nor was he available for a walk-through which was completed with his wife at the time of completion. We heard nothing from him for months and then receiveda hateful email about putting heat tape on and removing his ice dams.This is a direct copy and paste of email correspondence between Mr. ******* and ourcompany;"Approaching the job our men were not aware of the functionality of your existing heat cable which is why we did not reinstall it. As reflected in our last email we would be more than happy to come out and reinstall it. We do not however take responsibility for the existing Ice Dam as we were unaware that any service was to be completed and this is something that we do protect our company from and is reflected within your contract, I have attached said document.Furthermore:You and I have spoken several times over the phone and via email and this was never once mentioned to me during or even after the fact since we did complete your roof four and a half months ago. As I previously mentioned this was not put in place in our scope of work or reflected on in our contract, being that the roof was completed months ago and it has not since been mentioned since completion we had no way of knowing the expectations you had in place for us. We do an abundance of houses each year and try to perform the best work we can on each one but this was not followed up on and only mentioned to one person in passing months prior to the job".After explaining that there would be an additional charge to have our men service the roof we were met with him getting angry and then deciding to write a letter about our character and integrity.??? Having heard nothing for months, this was interesting, especially in the light they were happy and paid us with no delay and no follow-up after completion.These are the facts and we have several emails to support our stance. He has a beautifully installed roof and as there have been no issues for months, even with the winds and snow loads, speaks of the quality of the project.***************************

      More lies. Was never offered a walk-thru. They never did a walk-thru with my wife. I was NOT happy. I never knew when they would be here. They told me they would be delivering the materials on a Wednesday and starting the job on Thursday or over the weekend. I told them that would be great because I was off Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. They never called, never showed up. Got a call early Monday morning as I was leaving for work saying materials were being delivered that day. These people took pains to avoid me. This company has bad character and no integrity. If they spent as much time doing good work as they did writing letters to defend their integrity, and cover their lies, they would have far less complaints. Read the other comments here and on Yelp! Deal with this company at your own peril.
