            HORRIBLE! **************! ****!*** waited to write a review because I was so livid. According to the general manager its their policy to be secretive, doubt the customer, close doors in the customers face, and not listen to an easy solution so they can **** up the price. The plumber wouldnt listen when shown the clean out and told the clog could easily be removed with a snake. The plumber wanted to run a camera in the opposite direction, assumed we had rusted pipes that needed to be replaced, and come back two days later to begin. In the meantime, we cant shower. Being a woman, it was not my place to tell the plumber anything. I caught him on my front porch mocking me to his manager on the cellphone. When I called the business to complain, his manager wouldnt speak to me or call me back. Then the plumber goes to the van and shuts the door in my face so I couldnt listen. The general manager said customers were not to follow the work crew or listen to what they are planning to do. What!? They are the worst business ever and their five star reviews are bogus!!!!We did call another local business that listened, used a snake, and unclogged the drain in seconds.
