              On 07/02/2021 I purchased a green cheek conure for $900 from Clark's and about a week later it died before I could get it to a vet, I understand the store's 24hr return policy, but there was no way of me knowing the bird was sick within the first 24hrs. I went back to Clark's the day it died and asked them if there was anything they could do since they sold me a sick bird and they just said no and offered a $200 discount so I could get one for $700, I'd like more to be done about this, when I asked to get in contact with the owners, the general manager said that they won't talk to customers, but I'm beyond livid with the way I was treated over there as well as having my $900 bird die on me unexpectedly after a week of ownership.

              On October 9th,2022 we purchased two love birds, a male and female. At $175 a piece totaling a final price at around $300. For BIRDS! *************************************************** a fine cage with nests and store bought branches and swings; plenty of food and water. The birds died. Not just one but both! Now the store is telling us its our fault. We cared for these birds! We held them and interacted with them as much as we could in order to train them to be good companions. We did nothing wrong? They just died!!! I would like a refund or store credit in order to recover from our loss.
