Sign up online. But have to call to cancel. When you do call to cancel, they force you to give a reason why you're canceling. If you don't, they won't let you cancel. (I just told them to make something up because I don't have a reason) (sidenote: how is that not illegal). Then after I'm audibly upset and telling them I have a crying baby and to please just cancel, they continue to try and offer discounts. Those unfortunate employees are forced to go through a script and I'm filled with frustration. It did not prevent me from cancelling my subscription. I'm not sure anyone wins.Review from James C

The site is semi-intuitive after a few sessions. But beware of the billing practices. I have been a digital subscriber since approximately 2013. I paid a flat rate of a buck a month plus tax. This Memorial Day 2022 when I attempted to sign on, I was declined with a message saying I was not an active subscriber. Upon contacting customer support, I was informed that my 'promotional rate' had expired and the new regular rate of appx 7 times what I had been paying exhausted the full year payment i made in January. I informed them that I was never given notice and I expected them to honor what I had paid till it expired the end of year. They refused and charged me another $12 plus tax to continue service. I filed a complaint with the **************************** to protect the potential thousands of customers from the same billing incompetence. Almost seven months later I am still awaiting a solution and refund of the extra $12 plus tax I repaid them. Subscribers beware............
