Ready Set Go Moving & Van Lines is my savior! The other moving company I have hired has canceled on me at the last minute, leaving me hopeless and frustrated, and these wonderful men just came and did everything right! Not only did they book us on short notice and come without any delays, they have also relocated everything so nicely and professionally, without a single scratch or dent on our items. This is the 2nd time we used the Ready Set Go Moving & Van Lines and we will use them again! The 3 guys who helped us move ***** S**** * ****** worked very hard to get us moved quickly from one place to another, they were professional, courteous * had all the skills necessary to dismantle * put back together all the furniture we had to move. I would highly recommend this company * will be calling them back when we need to go for move #3! Thank you again for the great service!Review from Stacy M

Ruined my largest big screen TV over 4 months ago and are now ignoring my calls for my damage claim. I have called 10 times. Funny because when they were moving me they answered every call I made. Will file a small claims court case. Very disappointed.Review from Kristin A

Absolute worst company Ive ever worked with. Damaged multiple goods and will not send me a claims form. My main contact, *******, will not respond to me. Customer service will not respond to me despite multiple attempts at reaching out via emails and phone calls with voicemails. DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY. They will destroy your belongings and never respond once they get your money.Review from Larry W

Movers loaded everything in less than three hours. Were prompt and virtuous, they did however charge us aN additional ****** when they arrived on top of the 5k we already paid. We were quoted a little Over 6k for the move, ending up paying a little on 10K. Not happy about that at all. A few things were damaged and was was promised a filling form, have not received it yet and it has been almost a month. All things considered I would not Recommend them!Review from Carmen F

Horrible, horrible, horrible! We moved at the end of July 2021. We completed the claim form (they lost an entire closet of items along with my children's bed frames) and turned it in to them for review in August. It is 12/10/2021 and nothing! They hardly ever answer their phone. When they do, the one you need to talk to is out of the office, at lunch, etc,, etc, I received an email on 10/28/21 that stated that the claims process is taking longer than usual. We still have not received any follow up. We have moved several times and never had any issues. We thought all movers were great until we used Ready, Set, Go. AWFUL! I am only leaving one star because it will not let me leave 0!Review from Frank M

Used movers 9 times in our lives. Worst experience ever.Tried to charge xtra ****** Shorted our bed bottom even though driver pointed out it matched the one on the truck that was short a bottom. Missing about ****** worth of power tools. My wive's cd's, over **** of them in cloth cases with plastic sleeves. Threw cords to electronics into separate boxes.None of the boxes except from the garage were marked from what room they came from. So many broken items including corelle dishes, fishing pole.Could go on forever. Packed my wive's phone , new owners mail including bank statements. Now they have my phone number blocked. Thinking of going to police and getting a lawyer.Willing to spend more money for them to pay for their evil actions
