This company was hired for me through the military when I was transitioning out of the military. Since their delivery wait was around 2 weeks at the time, my furniture sat in their storage facility. Around this time, the city had a decent amount of snow come in. When my furniture was delivered, we made the shocking discovery that my stuff had mold on it. Items like my bedding were still wet along with the paper they were wrapped in. After the discovery, the main guy on the job told me to KEEP the furniture in my apartment and file a claim. The employees have NO IDEA the mold procedures. After making calls to a military personnel, I was told everything needed to be taken back out and sent for remediation. At that point, the workers started to give me attitude and walked out of my apartment saying that they refused to take everything back out. If they had known the procedures when I found the mold, they would not have continued to bring things in. After more calls were made, the workers started moving things back out. They did not have a single care in the world. My furniture was getting thrown around into a tiny moving van, unpacked, unwrapped. Although my couch had mold and I would not be getting it back most likely, they further damaged it by causing tears on the sides and paint residue on the side from scraping the walls. It has been 2 months and I still have NO furniture back. I was told not to purchase anything besides small stuff like a towel. Like am I expected to sleep on the floor for 2 months? Overall, I am very unpleased with this company. I am sure that my furniture got wet while in storage here but they are claiming no fault. They have no been very helpful in the remediation process or getting back to emails. I am about $3,000 deep right now after having to buy a new bed and couch because we had nothing in our apartment to sleep or sit on, to **** with, to clean with. I do no recommend this company.

The military has regulations that need to be followed when there is mold on military household goods shipments. We are following the protocol of these guide lines. It is unfortunate that the company that we hired for remediation has not been satisfactory on the handling of the moldy items. We truly apologize for this.
