I am so disappointed with this stay. Doesnt even deserve a one star! Worst hotel I ever stayed in. My family and I felt so unsafe. The pictures on the internet look nice, but they definitely catfish you. I regret not reading the reviews before renting. Its sad because I been to old hotels and they are clean and maintained. Old but clean. On the other hand, these hotels were run down and they looked like ************* hotel.We park and nothing but homeless people smoking who knows what just hanging out by the rooms. Some people looked like pimps staring in each corner of the parking lot. We get into our hotel and it was disgusting. How is this hotel still in business. False advertisement thats for sure. We get to the hotel and the room had stains on the wall there was a crack between the door so you can see sunlight from outside, the door viewer was broken and they covered it with foam (there was a bug in there when removed) the restrooms were horrible, the top of the bathroom had mold, the mold was eating the tub floor, the side of the restroom was sprayed painted to make it look like it was remodeled, and the door had a hole on the wall. I didnt even want to take a shower. I had never rushed a shower like I did last night. My room looked like a party room/crack/whore house. What you see in the movies with ugly run down hotels is exactly where I stayed. My daughter was so scared. Do not bring children here its a nightmare. Lets not forget the bugs on the bed. Horrible. We were suppose to stay more days in Santa Fe, but after that hotel experience we went back home! We didnt even feel safe in New Mexico. I will upload pictures so you all can see! If allowed, if not I did post them on trip advisor!!I will be making major reports because this is unacceptable!!! Driving home I was so quiet because I couldnt believe I stayed there! Not worth the price I paid! Too overpriced for that ugly negative experience!
