      I appreciate this store. They helped us when the ************** location treated us HORRIBLY when an envelope was not delivered on time and correctly (it is still missing). The person I spoke to on the phone was very kind, apologetic and said they were sorry we were treated badly by the Pagosa store They gave me helpful info and numbers to call for help. The people in ************** had said once a package leaves the store it's not their responsibility anymore. I asked for help and a number to call and the person there hung up on me, saying I was yelling at her. I was not, but I was anxious because the envelope they mailed contained a $10,000 cashier check. My husband called then and spoke to the manager. He asked for help and the mgr rattled off 2 numbers so fast he couldn't write them down, and hung up on him! He tried to call back to get the numbers but they wouldn't pick up. Tried again and they picked up and immediately put the phone back down. We had to block our # so they would answer! I called The UPS Store **************** line which was astonishingly also horrible! The entire company has a major customer service problem. The person I spoke to argued with me because I said the employee at the store was incompetent at his job and that we were treated very badly and hung up on twice. She didn't seem to care that our valuable envelope was missing but only focused on how WE interacted with the UPS Store employees! She completely turned it around to make US the perpetrators, when we are in fact the victims of their incompetence and rudeness. Unbelievable. We will never, ever use the Pagosa store again, and will use ***** or **** in the future. The Pagosa UPS Store made a serious bad situation worse by their horrible attitude in response to our problem. Whatever happened to "The customer's always right?" According to their actions, the customer is DIRT. Thankfully, the Durango ********************** was very, very helpful and kind. I wish they were our store in ******.

      Salesperson ********************* threw a box at me and then when I pushed it back and asked for the manager ******* received further harassment
