Due to poor inventory management, I was charged an upsell on oil which cost me an additional $35.00. The consumer is being charged for their poor management!! Not how you run a business. Will not return??Review from Marie M.

Aug 10th I went to this location for a normal oil change on my **** Ecosport SUV 82k Miles, drove to *** ** 11th, on the 12th my steering wheel started shaking seconds later the low engine oil came on; my vehicle lost speed, I immediately pulled over, we noticed there was oil dripping we could see the oil steam, I called ********** I explained to them the issue and I was just 9 min away, they said the could come to top off the engine oil but it was going to be a while, my son showed up and had my SUV towed to **** for inspection, now **** is telling me my SUV needs s new motor, maybe ********** over filled the oil, or they didn't tighten the pan correctly causing the oil to leak.Review from Pamela G

Went Saturday for an oil change. When I left, I stopped to fill up my car with gas. I noticed my back window had a noticeable scratch and the light was moved. Went back 2 jiffy and told lies by staff and manager. I told them just cuz I'm a female, I'm not stupid. They all laughed at me. So disgusting that guys think they can talk down to a 52 year old single mother. Never cone here again. I've been a customer since 2008. Disgusting companyReview from Debbie S

Lies!!! Store # **** My car was the only car in the bay, 11/29/2021. Several workers were around my car but when I get in my car it was not vacuumed or windows cleaned! I told ****** and he said he would vacuum himself. I left car in front running, with door open and went back in to wait and after a few minutes left because ****** didnt get in my car to take to vacuum he was helping new customers. My sticker is still from June 2021. Called and complained was told someone we get back to me within 72 hours. No one called me back so I emailed as instructed. Woman called me back 12/2 not very professional had no idea what happened heard there was a problem. Had an excuse for everything, never said my service was unacceptable or the standards of Jiffy Lube. She said workers think someone else vacuumed or cleaned windows because there are several workers, they were out of stickers thats why mine wasnt removed. Offered to vacuum my car but I already took it to car wash so she offered a free pair of wiper blades which I declined.
