After surgery the hospital staff left me to sit in the waiting room while they took my loved one to a room. Was sitting for 3 hours waiting for someone to get me. Finally asked what was going on when i got to the room nurse said she didnt know that there was anyone here for my loved one.Review from Susan A

I keep getting a bill for $795. The claim was denied by my insurance for a non credentialed provider. By law they cannot bill me. I have called 5 times, every time they say they will look into it, then I get another bill. This time they are sending me to collections for their mistake. I will escalate this for sure. And when I had my surgery, they overdosed me and I almost died. Not good care or good practices. No regard for HIPAA or OSHA blood born pathogens. Needles went in the trash as did ****** bandages, not in a sharps container or biowaste.Review from Elizabeth V

Came home to find my 80 year old Mother vomiting up all day and had a fever. Call her doctor and told her that I was taking her Mountain View Regional Center. Everybody was taken back. Lady comes in with a sick child. We were supposed to be next, but they called the child in first. That made me mad.Review from Lucy M

Misleading billing practices, inaccuracy information is given to patients making it difficult to understand what is being charged and why. Mountain View offices give the wrong billing phone number making it more difficult to get a hold of someone who isnt at a call center. Zero accountability from staff to call patients back, and blame patients for managers inadequacy to train employees.
