This company fired all its employees a few months ago and cannot be reached at any of its numbers. Employees were unpaid also. Took my money to repair roof by AC and kept putting off the repair until now they can't be found. Someone needs to find this guy and give him some legal schooling and return money taken from customers - stolen from customers.

Great company with lots of integrity and honesty. They helped me with my claim after the insurance denied it twice. I couldnt be more happier with my roof than ever. Great warranties and constant communication. Thank you.

If you read nothing else of this review, read this: DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY, ZERO STARS!I started doing business with them back in November of 2021, off a referral from a good friend that I have known for a long time. The rep came to the house and assisted with the insurance claim. It was very easy. I received the first check from insurance and provided it to them, per the contract, and after that the rep was very difficult to get a hold of. He would not provide the samples for the roof that I requested and he said he would drop off 3 times! We finally got them and made a selection. Work start date provided was 2/10/22, though the rep tried to assure me it would be sooner. This didn't happen. I confirmed with the rep on 2/7 that would commence on 2/10. He said it would. On 2/10 no one showed up so I reached out to him. He stated that they were stuck at the materials yard and would be there shortly. I called the office and we were not even on the schedule for that day, they had us down for 2/24. I fired the rep and began speaking to a female at the office who in writing agreed to pay our deductible. Work started 2/25 and semi completed on 3/3. The drip edge and trim was left as raw galvanized steel and not painted per the insurance scope of work they say they adhere to. When I pointed this out, the company refused to complete the work. Now they are refusing to pay the deductible as they originally agreed and in return say they will paint the trim, which should have been done in the first place. No one from management will take or return my calls. I just keep having to talk to a female at the office (**********) who says they are unavailable, though when talking with her, she responds with answers quickly and apparently is able to reach them at a moments notice. My friend's house was left raw galvanized as were several other residences in the area. They are charging for work they aren't completing. Their word means nothing.
