            Hsc accepted job to install solar tube skylight said they have done them before, two in stallers showed up, they wasn't sure how to install & got there supervisor ***** to show up & he went over it with them & left them to install, they told me they are done & left. After a wind storm debris got inside the solar tube & collected on the lens cover, called ***** the supervisor, he had somebody come out to fix, but didn't follow manufacturers installation manual & used some kind of puddy instead of foam tape that they used elsewhere on the solar tube that was to go around the top & side of roof flange that the plastic dome married to, called back after bad wind storm came & debris was there again, ***** lied & made up things to me & wasn't concerned of the fact they didn't install it correctly!, making excuses as well that things was missing from the kit, which was ****!, i was with the them & went through the contents of the kit!, so he refused to make it right & said " we are not going to come out again". They can't accept money & not do the job correctly!, they should be fined & have their licensed revoked for gross misconduct of a licensed contractor!.

            Dishonest business practice in heating and cooling systems. I had a *********** failure on a home air cooling system and HSC was called out to troubleshoot the problem. Instead of actually figuring out what failed, they said replace the entire system for $10,000! Meanwhile, no air conditioning in house for 10 days in over 100 degree weather because I was not falling for that scam. The actual failure was a fan motor caused by the tenants failure to change a simple filter. Had they checked that first, or at all they would have known exactly what the problem was. That part is less than $200. So disappointed in this lack of service and moral judgment. Will not use again.
